About the project

Stylish, welcoming interior design for a modern one-bedroom apartment

This interior project for a contemporary one-bedroom apartment brings function and aesthetics into close harmony. The main challenge was to create a sense of space and comfort within a limited floor area, using elegant colours and textures. Designing an open-plan living area called for careful planning of every piece of furniture and every detail to achieve a stylish, finished look.

01Harmony in neutral tones and architectural solutions

To strike the right balance and create a dynamic interior, we applied the following strategies:

A palette of neutral tonesIt forms a calm base for rich blue accents that give the interior depth.
An inviting dining areaWe designed a dining area with a modern marble-topped table and a mix of chairs. Comfortable beige armchairs and bold blue chairs set up a lively contrast and underline the character of the room.
A carefully placed focal pointIn the living room, statement coffee tables with a built-in bioethanol fireplace and a soft, deep-pile rug add warmth and a sense of welcome.

02Elegance, materials and aesthetics

The fronts of the built-in cabinetry in the living room are designed for timeless elegance. Together with the lushly planted balcony, the scheme offers exceptional comfort and a close connection with its surroundings, thanks to:

Clean linesThey contrast perfectly with the contemporary graphite-coloured window frames.
Carefully chosen décorOpen shelving for books and decorative objects is a particular highlight, bringing a sense of personality to the home.
