About the project
The large-scale transformation of an existing apartment building
A complete architectural modernisation and renovation of an existing building. The main task of this detailed design was to replace the old façade and give the building a contemporary, luxurious character. Working with an existing structure calls for precision when integrating new materials, so that the change is complete in both function and appearance.

To transform the building into a modern landmark in the city, the design relies on the following elements:
