About the project
Architectural design of a multi-family residential complex in Studentski Grad
One of our most recent large-scale projects: a modern multi-family residential complex in Studentski Grad, one of Sofia's most dynamic districts. The brief called for contemporary four-storey apartment buildings offering a high standard of living, combining urban convenience with a sense of calm.
01Urban planning and outdoor living
The key challenge in designing multi-family buildings in densely built-up areas is providing good-quality outdoor space. We addressed this strategically through:
- Fully underground car parkFrees the space between the buildings from cars.
- Protected recreation areaA quiet zone with richly planted landscaping, benches and space for children's play areas. This is valuable added value that makes the development especially attractive to buyers.
02Architectural character and façade details
The architecture is distinctly modern, and the clean lines of the buildings come from a precise choice of materials:
- An elegant combination of rendersWhite and grey render form a clean, contemporary base for the façade.
- Wood-effect HPL panelsA warm visual accent that works naturally with the large windows, bringing them together within stylish frames.
- Perforated metal sheetingUsed both for the balustrades and to discreetly conceal the external air-conditioning units, keeping the façade immaculate.
