About the project
Apartment with a large terrace in Atlas 1, Azimut – a home with its own rhythm
Atlas 1 is a residential building in the Azimut neighbourhood of Burgas. On its stepped upper floor, a large terrace is a natural extension of the home – a place for mornings outdoors, family time and calm evenings. For this apartment DARCH Projects created the interior design, photorealistic 3D visualisations and a 3D architectural animation.
01A terrace as a second living room
Surrounded by the green spaces of Azimut, this is a place with its own rhythm, away from the pace of the city. The terrace is furnished as a true outdoor room:
- Lounge cornerWoven armchairs, soft cushions and stone tables under the open sky.
- Views over BurgasA glass balustrade and planted containers frame the panorama of the city and the sunset.
- Sliding glass doorsLarge glazed doors join the living room and terrace into one space.
02A warm, calm interior
Inside, natural materials and a soft palette make the most of the light:
- Living and diningAn open living room with a large sofa, a timber TV wall with built-in shelves and a solid-wood dining table.
- Wood and textilesA light timber floor, linen curtains and deep-blue accents in the furniture create a cosy feel.
- Natural lightFull-height glazing brings sunlight deep into the apartment throughout the day.
